1. How it works
- Open a space in the app. Any space has an invitation link under Me. That link is also your partner link.
- Apply below. Tell us who you are and where you would share Pathways. We answer within 7 days.
- Share it your way. A parents' WhatsApp group you belong to, a career talk, your class newsletter, your channel.
- Earn when a family pays. You earn 20% of the first year of Plus for every family that joined through your link and buys Plus within 12 months of joining.
Pathways is in a free pilot. Nothing is sold yet, so nothing can be earned yet. Families who join through your link are counted from the first day, and commissions start when Plus goes on sale.
2. Who it is for
Teachers, school counsellors, tuition teachers, NGO and community workers, parent-group organisers and creators who talk to families about education. You must be 18 or older. Students under 18 cannot be partners, though every family can use the ordinary invitation under Me, which earns Plus months instead of money.
Colleges, coaching institutes, lenders and study-abroad agents cannot be partners. Pathways takes no money from them and does not promote them, and that promise is worth more than their reach.
3. What you earn

- Commissions are confirmed 30 days after the family pays, so that refunds are settled first, and are paid monthly once your confirmed total reaches ₹1,000.
- Payout details are collected only when your first payout is due, through a payments provider. Never on this page, and never by the care agent. Tax is deducted where the law requires it.
- We may change the rate for future sign-ups with 30 days' notice. Commissions already earned stay earned.
4. The rules
- Say that you are a partner, every time. For example: "I am a Pathways partner and earn a commission if you buy Plus." This follows India's rules on endorsements, and it is simply honest.
- Talk to parents and adults, not to children. Never advertise to under-18s, and never ask a child to sign up without their parent.
- Promise nothing that Pathways does not promise. No guaranteed admissions, ranks, jobs or salaries. It is an AI guide, and it says so.
- No spam. Share only with people who know you. No bought lists, no bulk messages, and never anyone else's contact list, including a school's.
- No pressure. Joining is always a choice. Never make it a condition of a class, a mark, a seat or a favour.
- No fake spaces, no inviting yourself, and no paid adverts that bid on the Pathways name.
A note for teachers. Earning money from the families of students you teach is a conflict of interest. Tell your school's leadership before you start, follow its policy, and always disclose. That is also why school plans carry no commission: a school should choose Pathways on merit alone.
We remove partners who break these rules, and unpaid commissions from rule-breaking are cancelled.
5. What stays the same for every family
Pathways pays its partners. Nobody pays Pathways to be recommended. A partner's link never changes what the guide says, which careers are shown or what a family pays.
6. Apply
For adults aged 18 or older. We use these details only to answer your application, as the privacy notice describes.
