2.5hrs
of assessment before a student sees a single insight on a leading Indian platform.
100% AI · Self-updating · For India
It's a path, and it changes as you do. Pathways is a living career map for Indian students, run entirely by AI. Start in ten minutes. See what every career is really doing right now. Test-drive the work before you pick a stream. Get a route from Class 8 to your first job, with a Plan B built in.
01 · The old map
One long test. One PDF. One or two expensive conversations. Then a teenager is left alone with the biggest decision of their life, while the job market rewrites itself every year.
2.5hrs
of assessment before a student sees a single insight on a leading Indian platform.
34pages
of one-time PDF report, valid for a year. Students change every month.
₹11,400
for one to three counselling sessions. Out of reach for most families.
40%
of students have never spoken to a career counsellor. Over 85% already ask AI tools that know nothing about them.

Most students can name seven careers.
There are thousands.
In a survey of 10,000+ Indian students aged 14 to 21, 93% knew of just seven career options. Reported by The Tribune, February 2019.
02 · How Pathways works
A short, adaptive conversation replaces the marathon questionnaire. You see your first map the same day, not after two hours of bubbles.
Two-minute check-ins, marks, projects, what you loved in a test-drive. Your map updates as you grow. Nothing expires after a year.
See the evidence behind each suggestion, and push back when it's wrong. No black box. No horoscope.
A second, independent AI rebuilds every plan from official sources before you see it. Where the two disagree, you see both, with the evidence.
03 · Live career signals
A static library of 250 careers ages the day it's written. Pathways tracks hiring demand, pay bands, skills in demand and AI exposure for each career, from new-age roles to skilled trades and government services.

04 · Career test-drives
Twenty-minute simulations drop you inside a real task from the job. What you enjoy, and what you don't, feeds straight back into your map. No questionnaire can tell you that.
Find out why the drone drifts left, fix the code, fly the route.
Six patients, one doctor. Decide who is seen first, and why.
Read the file, pick your grounds, face the judge's questions.
Spot the leak in the cash flow before payroll is due.
Most shoppers drop off on one screen. Find it, redesign it.
Balance solar, storage and budget for two hundred homes.
Preview of the planned launch line-up.
05 · Routes, not reports
India's entrance exams are brutal funnels. Pathways reverse-engineers your goal into subjects, exams, colleges, costs and skills, then maps parallel routes to the same destination. One bad exam day should never end a dream.
Know the cost before you commit. Fees, loans, scholarships you actually qualify for, and years to payback, for every route.

06 · Family co-pilot
In most Indian homes, a career is a family decision. Other platforms invite parents to sit in on a call. Pathways gives them their own view, in their own language.
07 · The full toolkit
We studied what works for students in the US, the UK, Germany, France, Singapore, China, Brazil and South Africa. Then we rebuilt it around Indian exams, Indian costs and Indian families.
Seat Radar · Sample
Enter a rank or percentile and see your chances for every institute and branch, sorted into reach, match and safe. Built on the official JoSAA opening and closing ranks published since 2016, and on MCC allotment lists for medicine. Every number shows its year, source and range.
Illustrative model with made-up cut-offs. The real tool runs on official data.
Five-minute games that measure how you think: spatial, numerical, verbal, memory. Measured ability balances what marks and relatives say about you.

See every door a subject combination opens or closes before Class 11, including CUET domain subjects.
From Australia's subject-to-career bullseyes and New Zealand's subject navigator.

From France and Japan, where students build a reflective career portfolio year on year.
ITI, polytechnic, apprenticeships and degrees are matched from the same profile, with stipends shown next to fees.
From Germany, where one free test returns apprenticeships and degree fields with equal weight.
What does a day look like? What do beginners get wrong? Answers drawn from official occupation data, real job postings and published interviews, with sources. At 11 pm, in your language.

From South Africa, where marks-to-eligibility matching serves over half a million learners.
Sticker price, typical price after scholarships, and your family's likely price for every route. Parents can suggest options straight into the student's map.
From US college planners that give parents their own cost view.
An independent model rebuilds your plan from the same official data. You see every point where the two disagree, and why. Checking is never an extra.
In China, press tests found AI planners giving different odds for the same score. So ours audits itself.
When a result closes a door, Pathways opens with the routes still available, never a ranking. One tap reaches Tele-MANAS, the government's free 24x7 counselling line, on 14416. We never profile a child's mood.
A 2026 press test found six AI assistants never pointed distressed examinees to a helpline.
JoSAA, CSAB, MCC and state rounds in one calendar. Alerts before every deadline, cut-off movement after every round, and plain-language help with float, slide and freeze.
From Brazil, where cut-offs are republished daily while students can still change choices.
Every form, fee, document and date across CUET universities, state CETs and private colleges in one checklist.
Standard in US and UK school platforms, missing for most Indian families.
Matched scholarships with reminders, and a checklist of the papers each one needs.

Judgement-free mock interviews for college panels, scholarship boards and first jobs, with feedback on structure and clarity. Practice only, never a live copilot.

Where each outgoing class went, as counts by category, year after year, so the school learns what its guidance achieves.
From destinations tracking in UK schools.
Planned launch features. Some arrive after launch, and DigiLocker access depends on partner approval.
08 · Autopilot
Exams, colleges, careers and laws change every week. A printed report can't keep up, and neither can anyone juggling five hundred students. Pathways has no office hours and no backlog. A crew of AI agents watches official sources around the clock, tests every change, and updates your map the moment something that matters to you moves.
Autopilot log
Sample viewRound 3 cut-offs published by the counselling authority. 1,204 Seat Radar estimates recalculated.

Sample log with illustrative entries.
Security fixes for everything Pathways is built on are applied, tested and shipped automatically. Encryption, access rules and consent gates are re-tested on every build.
Data-protection rules, UGC and AICTE regulations, NTA and CBSE circulars, reservation and fee rules. When one changes, the guidance it touches changes with it, and you are told what moved.
Demand, pay bands, skills and AI exposure refresh from live labour-market data. New professions are added as they appear. Shrinking ones are flagged honestly.
New programmes, seat matrices, fee revisions, accreditation and rankings, and every counselling round, straight from official sources.
Matching, aptitude and admission-odds models are re-scored against real outcomes on a schedule, and audited for bias across gender, language, board and region. A model that slips is retrained or rolled back.
A second, independent AI rebuilds each plan from official data. Disagreements are shown to you, never averaged away.
Planned launch design. Autopilot publishes data updates and security fixes by itself. Changes to our legal terms are always announced before they take effect.
09 · Fair by design
No locked results. You never pay to see what we learned about you.
No college, coaching institute or study-abroad agent can pay to be recommended, listed or ranked. When we suggest a route, it's because it fits you.
Built for India's DPDP Act. Verifiable parental consent for under-18s, no ads, no selling data, delete everything any time.
Designed for entry-level Android phones and patchy networks, because talent isn't limited to six cities.

The map is ready when you are.
12 · The pilot is open
No phone number, no password, nothing to download. If you sign in with Google, we keep your email address to sign you in and for nothing else. Eight minutes of honest questions, and your map is on the screen. It opens in your browser and installs to your home screen like an app.
Career signals appear where a named source exists. Seat Radar arrives when official data is loaded, and is shown on this page as a preview. Live job listings arrive once a listings service is switched on. Until Google sign-in is switched on, a new space gets a recovery code to keep safe. Already have a code? Open your space.
Questions
It starts with a short adaptive assessment grounded in established interest, aptitude and personality research. The difference is what happens next. The map keeps learning from check-ins, test-drives and real results instead of freezing you in a PDF.
Yes. Your full map, matches, career pages and routes are free, forever, and everything is free during the pilot. We earn from Plus at ₹1,499 a year for a whole family, plus GST, and from schools and institutes that buy Plus for their own students. Never from a college, coaching institute, lender or advertiser paying to be recommended.
Depth for the decision years: decision dossiers with a second AI check, the essay coach, interview and viva practice, a guide with three times the daily allowance and a memory note you can read and erase, a family dashboard with a briefing in your language, a college shortlist, the affordability planner, a resume builder, a placement plan and the printable career report, all live in the pilot and free for everyone during it. The Seat Radar strategy builder and work-experience weeks come later. One price, ₹1,499 a year plus GST, covers every child in the family. Plus is free for students in government schools, and for any family who tells us the price is out of reach.
From official public data: JoSAA's opening and closing ranks for every round since 2016, and the Medical Counselling Committee's allotment lists. Every estimate shows its year, source and range, because past cut-offs guide a decision but never guarantee a seat.
No, and that is deliberate. Pathways is AI from end to end. That is what keeps it awake at 11 pm, fluent in your language, free of commissions and priced for every family. Instead of asking you to trust one person's opinion, every plan is rebuilt by a second, independent AI from official sources, and any disagreement is shown to you with the evidence. If a hard day is about more than a decision, the app points you to Tele-MANAS on 14416, the government's free helpline.
Autopilot, a crew of AI agents, watches official sources around the clock: exam bodies, counselling authorities, regulators, colleges, labour-market data, new laws and security advisories. Every change is tested before it reaches your map, and every figure shows when it was last checked.
Trust the evidence, not the machine. Every match explains itself, every number carries its source, year and range, and the app says so when it does not know. Each season we publish how our admission estimates compared with what really happened. The decision always stays with the student and the family.
Class 8 to the first job. The pilot is open to students aged 13 and older, to parents and to educators. A student under 18 needs a parent or guardian to agree first.
A student under 18 can only start after a parent or guardian agrees. Students are never asked for a phone number, and an email address is kept only to sign in. Pathways never records audio: speaking instead of typing is your browser's own feature, and only the words reach Pathways when you tap Send. We show no ads, sell no data, train no AI on what you type and let you delete everything at any time. In the pilot the parent check is a declaration. Verification through DigiLocker is planned before public launch. Our privacy notice says exactly what we collect and why.
Yes. The pilot is open and free: open the app. It has discovery, matches, career pages, route plans checked by a second AI, the AI guide, family spaces and classes, career test-drives, quests and aptitude games, an eligibility check with exam reminders, opportunities from official portals, a stream chooser, colleges on NIRF data, the Plus tools and the school tools, in eleven languages. It works without a connection after the first visit. Career signals appear where a named source exists. Seat Radar arrives when official data is loaded.
With the Google account that is already on your phone: one tap, nothing to remember. We keep your email address to sign you in and for nothing else. We never ask for a phone number or a password. A student aged 13 to 17 signs in with their own Google account after a parent has added them or given them the family code. Until Google sign-in is switched on, a new space gets a recovery code instead, and spaces made before 23 September 2026 keep opening with their recovery code.

The career facts, the privacy notice and the pilot terms are in English with a "Read this in my language" button.
Pathways shows you where to look and whether you seem to fit: official portals such as the PM Internship Scheme, the AICTE Internship Portal, the National Career Service and the National Scholarship Portal, with the rules in plain words. You apply yourself on the official site. Nobody pays to be listed, and Pathways never applies for anyone.
Live job and internship listings from a listings service soon
No. Pathways shows institutions as NIRF ranks them, with the year and the source, and lets you keep a shortlist. It takes no money from any college and recommends none. A rank is one measure among many.
It can lay the bands out year by year so the family can talk it through. It does not know your income, gives no financial advice and names no bank or lender.
